1. Delivery Times The total time to receive your order is divided into two main phases:

Processing Time (1–3 working days, Monday to Friday): This includes order confirmation, any necessary adjustments, quality control, packaging, and shipping preparation.

Delivery Time (7–10 business days): This is the estimated time your package will take from the logistics center to reach your delivery address.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or high shipping volumes. While we do everything possible to deliver within these timeframes, these estimates depend on third-party carriers and logistics services.
2. Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
3. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete. To help ensure a smooth delivery, providing a phone number (recommended) is highly encouraged. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the costs for re-shipping will be at the customer's expense.
